David’s assistance in calculating the costs of various residential aged care options, and whether my father could afford them, was invaluable. Amazingly, within three days of meeting with us, David had obtained a discounted offer for my father at an aged care residence with a good reputation (and no advertised vacancies) that was close to my home. Within nine days, my father was in respite care at the home on a one month trial basis so he could see whether this was the right decision for him. David offers a quite extraordinary service! There is no way I could have achieved this outcome by myself.
