First-time in any Hungry Jacks & thought it was average. I had chicken my companion had a burger which he thought was better rhanbthe chicken. The service was quick & good, not too long to wait for fresh food

Had to wait 10 minutes in the drive through for 2 burgers on Sunday afternoon and the blond girl working there was the rudest person I have ever come across. Needs an attitude fix up real quick. To be fair though Was a young fella in there named Harry and he was lovely, very polite.

Service was a little slow, first stop on a long trip to Tamworth. No customers but still took a while getting burgers done4 stars for the service girl who looked after us, had to clean up my daughters mess and did it was no fuss and smileDidn’t realise prices had gone up so much,

I went through the drive through and was disappointed. It took over 10 minutes to get my order. There were only 3 cars in front of me. When I got my order it was cold.

Abismal. Waited almost and hour!Staff were chatting the premises was not overly busy.A gentleman in front of our order waited 40 minutes and ended up getting his order free.A lady returned her son's order was burnt.I stopped going through drive through ages ago as the order was constantly wrong.

Fast food is always gonna be good, but never great. Store cleanliness and employee attitude are always lacking no matter where you go. Business won't sacrifice a small amount of money to keep your people happy and your store clean.It's fast food. Lower your expectations.

Super quick service, food was hot and fresh. Would have been 5 stars but the burger was pretty sloppy, sauce spilled around and old lettuce. That being said, tasty, eating area clean and nice outside eating area.

Very annoyed and unhappy. Ordered a sticky date pudding through the drive through then waited 5mins in the line before getting to the window to pay. When I paid for my order I got handed a warm sticky date pudding with a blob of warm melted ice cream on top. Do the staff at Hungry Jacks not understand that if you put ice cream on top of a hot dessert and let it sit for more then a min everything is going to melt. Especially when the person in the drive through can’t have it for at least 5 mins away stuck in a line. If you are ordering ice cream desserts through the drive through would it not be more common sense to make the desserts fresh when you pull up to the window so you can at least have a chance to eat some of the ice cream instead of warm melted cream. Nothing is better at Hungry Jacks.
