Shane gives a great hair cut. You can get that in a few places. Shane is a great conversationalist - a haircut at Charlies is an enjoyable experience. That makes it special and you can't get that at many places. Disclosure: I have been having my hair cut at Charlies for 43 years !

Will be going here on the regular now that I’m living close by. Ash is great at what he does and always up for a chat. Yet to meet the owner but they must be doing something right to be operating for as long as they have. Great local business.

Absolutely amazing! Took my partner and son for a hair cut, he’s one and a half and screamed when we first tried she stopped and engaged with him for 10 minutes and desensitised him to the clippers and then he thought having his hair done was fun. Could not recommend enough. New regular barber

New bloke seemed to care more about getting in and getting me out even though there was no one in the shop before or after me. Didn't listen to what I said. I asked for a couple of inches off and blend in to sides. Took about 2 cm off. 5 minute job. No conversation like Ash and Shane. Will be picking my barber carefully next time.
