I ordered a few tonnes of gravel from BC Sands. Spoke to Lachlan and he was very helpful with explaining, checking access & confirming my order. Upon delivery, Reza was also very helpful as access to the back of my house via a narrow lane was quite a challenge. Reza managed to drop the gravel bags inside my house which made it so much more convenient for me. BC Sands also kept me in touch with the order with email invoicing, and actual delivery via sms and phone call. Many Thanks BC Sands.

Fantastic service by the BC Sands team. I was worried about the delivery window for our business but the team provided updates as the delivery neared. Great communication.Driver very friendly and was problem solver given the tricky parking and load drop. Super easy booking process too.

Everything is expensive and way overpriced, even delivery for 3km is $80.

I never thought I would be writing a review on a gravel purchase, but the customer experience was by far the best that I’ve had in a long time. I went to buy crushed granite, and ended up buying my next mini garden project.Tiyarna helped me with everything, and gees, she knows her stuff, really sensible, and just wants customers to get their project done. I will be going back for my next garden project. Thanks again!
