$100 deposit, for them to open the back of a TV, see what the problem was, then say they can't fix it, 100 gone, they didn't even screw all the screws back into the TV, go somewhere else 100% save your deposit.

Very pleased with the repair of a Sony Blue-tooth speaker. I was consulted before any repairs took place and given a quote then notified when parts were slightly delayed. Staff members displayed professionalism, courteousness and were knowledgeable in all aspects of my repair at every interaction. Would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend.

Great service, fair price. Repaired my 1980s AKAI PRO 2022 stereo that had been sitting around for 30 years and I couldn't be happier. They went above and beyond to repair the DC stereo power amp.

They took me $80 deposit for repair the old amplifier. After 3 weeks they told me the price is $453. I didn't agree and brought it to Cheap TV Audio Video Repairs, luckily after 2 weeks my amplifier is fixed for only $85. So Complete Electronic Service take me $80 for nothing. If I agreed to repair I would lost $368, if not I lost $80, they win both ways. Ashamed!!!

CES were able successfully bring back to life my Technics SLQ-6 Turntable which other organisations in Melbourne and Sydney did not wish to take on. They were very communicative throughout the repair process. I can recommend them with confidence for any repairs you may require.

My Portable Bose speaker , speaker had blown, they had it for about 3-4 weeks which was fine, they had replaced both speakers, a few months later it’s blown again and aren’t willing to help me. Try somewhere else. Terrible service
