Beautiful Nails Oxenford

After a terrible experience at a nail salon chain in Surfers Paradise.. I am absolutely happy with my gel refill at Beautiful Nails. The staff was polite, quiet, and attentive to details. I hope my next visits are just as good so I can become a regular customer

New owner ,completely untrained manicurist,who tried her best. Entered with long nails that needed a tidy up , Wanted a manicure with no polish. Left with short pointy nails on one hand. Stated that I was not happy, manager insisted on full price

Very good, very nice, definitely will be coming back:) my new favourite nail place and is very affordable. everyone is also very nice there too:) And good communication

Got my nails done. I was charged $130. I’m ok paying that if the job was done well….it wasn’t. The owner stated the design and shape was done according to the picture I showed….I hate it…if I could give a negative star I would. Never going back. I did actually state I wasn’t happy with my nails and the design was not accurate

Professional services and friendly staffs, feeling very peaceful, highly recommend this place.

I’m sure you will get the odd ‘great comment’ from this place. However it is not consistent from the grumpy woman, who seems to be ‘the boss’ and all staff seem to be frightened of her. I tried to use the loyalty card with the stamps and was told I hadn’t reached the limit. When I started to question this( obvious as daylight that I had reached the discount) she seemed like she didn’t want an argument and let me have my $5 discount. I was then thrown the receipt I requested……how rude! I have paid taxes all my working life and I get these incidences, also demanding cash only. Come on! Not going back there …ever!

Wow. This place is incredible. My nails look exactly like the reference picture I showed them. Staff are so talented and whole time during the process we’re gentle and kind. I’m so appreciative. My new regular spot.

Lovely ladies and they do a really lovely job...and very reasonable prices...however they have a new lady there and she is very nice but she won't stop talking..she never stops..and it's in her own language which is ok but to sit and listen for 40 minutes..it's too much..

My 1st visit to this salon. And was very impressed. I could have walked in straight away but opted for an appointment.Kim was my tech and her work was very good. All done in an hour. Prices are very reasonableI have been having my nails done for years and had different techs over this period and Kim was up there with the best.They are up with all the new techniques which is a big plus for me also.Very clean friendly salon
