Terrible experience! No communication at all. Did not deliver and we had to waste a day traveling to pick up our package so our business could open.Use Startrack - much more efficient!

Poor communication on redelivery options and timeframes. Although call centre person was polite and friendly she shared incorrect information and then rang back unable to organise redelivery even though I offered to pay again.

Driver drove off as I opened the door and didn't stop when I shouted. I have to travel 37KM's to collect a parcel I paid to be delivered frustrating. Will never use FEDEX/TNT again! Surely they can see that by the average rating they have received there is something they need to do.

If you want a reliable and efficient courier tnt isn't it. Absolutely shocking service, will not disclose costs of consignments if sending on a receiver pays shipment. Use at your own risk.

I just bought a new lawnmower and it was delivered by TNT/Fedex. However I missed the courier driver and it meant another delivery or a 50klm roundtrip collection. Well later that day the driver Daniel Mason returned to attempt delivery on his way back to the Yandina Station. I was delighted to say the least and complimented him on his initiative and excellent customer service. A rare commodity indeed. Well done FedEx/ TNT

I have just had a parcel delivered and I am really impressed - Chris was the driver. I have really noticed a change for the better over the last 6months. I get a lot of deliveries due to my line of work and a big difference today when Chris knocked at the door and handed me my parcel. Great job ChrisWell done TNT Yandina.

Really good service in special to the woman who helps us to solve their problem with the website. She deserves a congratulations because of all the paciense and the understanding of our urgency to send the baggages. They only need to solve the problem with the customer number.

Read the other reviews. This fedex station is a joke.I went there in person and they could not even log into their own system and give me a price. I wish the drama would have stopped there. But they made me fill out the paperwork and must then have fogotten to attach it to the packages, as it was sent WITHOUT an address.They then added the return envelope and FORGOT to give me the paperwork so I can track the retun shipment.This is a nightmare. The documents were due 10 days ago, and are still sitting in transit".Do yourself a favour and drive to brisbane."
