I purchased a pair of beautiful lamps on Saturday. Was greeted as I walked in, let me browse, assisted me with help and threw in a couple of light bulbs for me. My lamps are fantastic. Thank you very much for your products and services

Wonderful service. Staff have no hesitation to refund if it's the wrong size light. Quick to re order the correct light. They keep in contact with you when you have to order another light. When your order is in, they call you to collect it. Very quick to sort things out and always willing to help and very friendly service

Rick and his staff deliver excellent customer service. The ship has a great range of lights for all budgets and applications. COVID related supply issues can be a problem but not his fault

Over the past few months I have had to purchase various fittings, I cannot thank the staff for there assistance nothing was to much trouble for them. I did not have to shop around as the quality and choice was excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending this store will not be disappointed one stop shop.
