DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!They are absolutely useless. I used them when I sold my apartment and they were terrible. They are unorganised and never answer calls and take days to respond to emails, if at all. They messed up the contract several times and I had to literally drive around Melbourne the day prior to settlement to have a contract signed because they didn't do their job properly. Very stressful experience and would not trust them with what is the biggest purchase / sale in your life.

Very unprofessional business, please avoid, used them for a property settlement, they couldn’t provide necessary documents, were difficult to get in contact with as soon as I had paid them. Requested a copy of a previous sale contract done through this company for an important legal matter and couldn’t get in contact with anyone or organise it being done. Really unprofessional and unhelpful, take your business elsewhere.

Dinesh was handling my case, and his service was poor and unprofessional. Never responded on time and did not provide accurate updates. Even charge for works that were not completed. I had to withdraw the case halfway and was a waste of time and money. Client service is nil. Do not recommend this firm.

It wasn't worth the mental angst, severe stress and the time it took just to complete the simplest thing. Next time, we will pay good money to professionals and NEVER use this unprofessional, amateur organisation again.As well as the conveyancers being unprofessional and mediocrities; their lawyer is extortionate charging $330 per hour - even if you speak with him for 10 minutes. It's all about making a fast buck with this company. Read all the other reviews and avoid this company.
