STAY AWAYThese guys are the biggest joke of a company, booked them for my end of lease clean, they came to my place 4 hours late, my house looked as if someone just smudged dirty water over my floor honestly could of done a better job myself, when I rang and complained, they keep hanging up on you and passing the buck to another department.Stay away, they are professional scammers, take your money and just and hang up the phone on you.

Wish google had 0 stars option because they deserve it.This company is probably the most incompetent group of people I have dealt with. I have to chase them up all day for an end was supposed to be over by midday but now it’s 7:30 and it’s still incomplete. This has been quite stressful as they have no answer for any question over the phone. This is a complete scam they should be reported to fair trade as the literally stealing peoples harder earned money. They have left my apartment unlocked all day without my knowledge and none of the team has bothered to tell me. Now I have to spend my time looking for new cleaners and spend more money because they refuse to give me a refund. This is absolutely unacceptable. Should be reported to the police for stealing, and fair trade for unethical practices.

Worst experience. They are obviously middle men farming out jobs to other cleaners but kept complaining about parking. Then because they couldn’t find want to reschedule another day at my extra expense. Then other extra expenses come up. Waiting for refund minus $150 fee for their time lol. Spent half a day organizing this on the phone with them. Moving and trying to get your bond back is stressful enough don’t let these guys make it worse. Will say there was one person in customer service that tried to actually help but alas after him the customer service was awful and degrading.

Unbelievable despicable service, first cleaner that attended left the back door of the property WIDE open allowing a hoard of beetles to enter, after doing almost no cleaning at all. Failed the first bond inspection as they did not clean one entire bathroom, mop the floors, wipe the windows or window tracks, and many other things.They also failed the reclean, for not cleaning the exact same items which they now claim is not included in their bond guarantee. So if you want your floors mopped and windows and bathrooms cleaned then do not use this team.They are failing to provide a refund for services despite major service failure as per Australian Consumer Law, and are failing to acknowledge their own clear email stating that the items that they failed to clean are in fact included.I was also hung up on by the phone service team.Extremely dissatisfying and stressful experience for which I have all evidence of their terrible terrible service including photos and correspondence. Will be proceeding to NCAT.

AVOID! We'll lose our bond because of this company. We booked weeks ahead of the lease ending, but BCIC had to reschedule to one day before the lease ended. Then they send only one person (not enough) and ask for extra money like some kind of extortion racket.Even after agreeing, the cleaner says he needs to pick someone else up, leaves, and never comes back. Won't answer the phone. BCIC keeps saying they'll put us through to someone else and then hangs up. We've prepaid and received zero service. We hand in the keys tomorrow. Completely screwed over by this company.

As a local guide, I don’t give a lot of 1 star reviews but this company is a scam. We ended up paying $800 for a 3 bedroom apartment that failed the inspection. They gave me different times. Despite calling me twice to ask the same questions about the property, they show up and say oh this counts as “2 wardrobes”, the linen cupboard and pantry also counts as wardrobes, you’ve got three sliding doors that’s extra and an extra balcony, that’s extra. All up another $200 on top of the quoted $550 price. With no other choice and 1 day to return the keys, we obliged.Despite this and paying extra, they left marks on the walls and dirt on the balcony that they specifically charged extra for. The property manager raised these issues so I contacted them for their bond guarantee.Their bond guarantee is useless, they “excluded” basically all of the issues from their “guarantee” that property manager raised. They claim the balcony was “complimentary”, when I was charged extra for it and that “the weather that made it dirty”. This price didn’t even include carpet cleaning. Should have read these reviews and gone anywhere else.Absolutely scam and joke of a company. Avoid at all costs.

Hired this business to complete an end of rental agreement cleaning. The clean was inaduquate, and failed inspection, When contacting them it took multiple days for them to respond and hang up on the phone multiple times while speaking to them.Since the property was being turned around quickly i had to complete some extra cleaning myself and contract another cleaner to fix issues that their cleaner missed.When going through the process of trying to get a refund they kept asking to get a reclean even though the next tenant was already occuping the premisis and contacted the property manager behind my back to try and get access to the property instead of giving a partial refund.tl:dr. Don't use this company they don't clean well and are unprofessional and unresponsive.

BCIC Cleaning - terrible service. Paid for an end of lease clean only to find out they did an awful job and had to be asked to come back again. They also left the back doors to our house open and the tap running in the bathroom which was found that way 4 days later. They hid some additional costs that we had to pay when the cleaner returned to finish the job he was supposed to do the first time round.

I paid them $570 for a bond clean and despite booking them for a re-clean, I somehow managed to spend 5 hours of my own time doing their job for them, alongside their “professional cleaner”. I was charged for extras that they didn’t even clean. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company and I hope others avoid making the same mistake I did by hiring them.

How are these guys still in business in Australia? Is anyone interested to do a Class action against these guys? They do not pay there subcontractors for the work they have done, they milk out every dollar possible from each client, they don’t respond to there clients, we have been chasing up our payments for the past 1 month now, this has happened on many occasions, poor communication, staff are disrespectful and rude, payments not being made, the list goes on. All clients I have dealt with through BCIC have made there life a living hell, from communication to hidden fees & extra payments they hadn’t been told about.BCIC needs the media attention and investigate this filthy business and how they are aloud to operate in Australia, this is unacceptable.
