Kevin is friendly, kind and knows his stuff, and makes computer tech issues approachable. He was understanding of what I needed and provides software and hardware support for apple products, which can be hard to find locally! He also offers personalised classes to help with what ever you may need support with when using your computer. Definitely planning on doing that too!

Kevin was extremely helpful. I called on Friday to book in a data transfer from iPhone to usb. Dropped the phone off around lunch and was ready in a couple of hours. And price $$$ for services was very reasonable. Most impressively, whilst I was waiting he was given really good advice to an elderly lady that would save her money instead of selling her something she didn’t need. Very honourable.

MacMason Mac Repairs serviced two of my laptops replacing their worn out batteries. The cost of the service was very reasonable. Kevin kept me updated on when the parts would arrive and service was completed on the same day I dropped the computers off. Yesterday my mother FaceTime’d me after dropping her MacBook and finding it wouldn’t boot. She didn’t have recent backups of some important documents. Since I live in the US and she is in Lithgow, NSW, I couldn’t take a look at it myself. I was very happy to find a great local (to her) Mac repairer in MacMason. Thanks Kevin for quickly getting my mother’s MacBook up and running again!
