Received excellent service by Colette Dempsey from Niche Portfolio. Colette was thorough, timely, polite and unflappable. Extremely patient in attending to our requests, nothing ever being too much. I'd heartily recommend her and wouldn't hesitate to call on her expertise again.

I've held a rental property in Surry hills that has been managed by niche for 4 years. Any issues are promptly resolved and hassle free. They have found me amazing tennants and have shown to me they are proven performers. If your after a professional, attentive and accountable agency then this is it. Fantastic property and service!!Had limited time to find a new place and went to inspect a beautiful apartment. Met with a professional and lovely agent name Bita. Loved the place and submitted my application. They turned it around in 6 hours! Seriously amazing work!!! Thank you for the commitment, service and fast response to the lovely ladies, Bita and Sharon. I am more then happy to recommend Niche Portfolio.

Dont ues this Agent as they fail to get items fixed for months.Wrong emails with dates and spelling. Sharon's spelling is like a 2yr old & so unprofessional hasn't used spell check. Failed by law to give a entry or exit inspection report. Video in our house with out permission then denyed it still have the footage. Had to encounter grey water through the ceiling twice over kitchen and Colette's response is who eats breakfast". Sharon the inspection agent looks like a devious criminal on their web and justly so she smash her belly into me perposly at inspection. Dont have any dealings with this agent they are a disease and corrupt."

The worst property management ever. Never replys when things went wrong in our apartment. Quick answer when we told them that we were finishing our lease. They didn't professionally clean our apartment when we moved in (our request ignored as usual) and told us to pay for professional cleaning when we moved out.

Dont use this agent or rent a property from them at all. The photos on ingoing report are photoshopped. When things need fixing ie.dangerous electricity they dont care and would rather your electrocuted than make the greedy landlord fix it. Sharon is particularly incompetent to report problems and has a real red hed firey temper. Such a toxic company.

Colette is the best property manager I have ever had the privilege to deal with over the course of the last 10 years in real estate. Service driven, quality assurance, high ethics and always delivers on committments. Highly recommend.

Most horrible experience I've ever had with a leasing agency in 8 years of leasing. Incredibly disrespectful, rude estate agents. Would not return calls about repairs, take weeks to fix simple things and were constantly trying to place blame of bad properties breaking onto tenants. When we left the property these scam artists tried to take our entire bond for cleaning" and a crack in a marble counter which had been there when we arrived. Spoke to the previous tenants about them and their experience had been so bad they ended up in tribunal about Niche trying to take their entire bond for some creeping Ivy and THEY HAD TRIED TO GET THE COST OF THE CRACKED MARBLE COUNTER FROM THE TENANTS BEFORE US!! CON ARTISTS BEWARE!!"
