The team at Bulls really helped me out of a tight spot when one of the other mechanics in town misdiagnosed my issue, wasting my time and money. They were great to deal with and provided timely and well priced service.

Sat 4th Sep 2021!Colin was a very helpful guy! ) A+He had no 215/55R17 or 205/45R17 in stock.But he done a thorough check & suggested we visit OME down the road as Bridgestone was closed & charge the most per the name label, i.e Nike!

Arrived into Coober Pedy with car jerking and juddering last 80 kms into town. Two friendly mechanics prioritised the work (5 stars!) Firstly, replaced the spark plugs. Car still juddering. Next, a new distributor ordered from Adelaide and installed. Car still juddering. Old distributor re-installed. Mechanics convinced the car had electrical problems which their equipment couldn't diagnose. Desperate, I investigate towing the car to Port Augusta ($1600 - $2600)! Last resort, visited Bridgestone to check fuel filter. Rear tyre bulge discovered. Two new rear tyres and judder fixed!

These guys are the best in town, reliable, honest and happy to help. I was charged $50 for a diagnostic repair and was done in 10 mins with an explanation of what had caused it. Bridgestone was going to charge me $150. Thanks again much appreciated great community service!

After a very busy Finke weekend we arrived needing a fuel filter for a V8 Cruiser ute. Jeff, working on his own doing fuel, tyre repairs, gas and customer enquiries was able to locate the filter quickly (which we installed ourselves) and confirmed installation done correctly. Thanks Jeff

Thankyou to the men at bulls they were able to help my husband out on Easter Saturday with a tyre for the caravan, without them we would have been stuck in Coober Pedy longer than we anticipated. Great work, great help, thankyou.

4 reasons for low rating1. Before service beeing told that car is not safe to drive, after service P/S fixed, but still not safe to drive2. After service car left without speaking with Mr. Mechanic, he left us notes and invoice only3.We got charged for Replacement of wheel stud" which I found in original packaging inside of the car.4. He broke Diagnostics port+cap can't be closed now

So.. This place is difficult to rate for me..I think the second star is alright, as the petrol price seems to always be the second lowest in town and the mechanic here is a bit crazy, but absolutely friendly bloke.But.. We came here with an exhaust leak at the manifold (which we could only describe and demonstrate as 'a weird noise, when driving with more than 2k rpm) and six bolts we found under our car.The mechanic dumped two liters of oil in the engine, took twenty bucks (which seems to be alright in cp) and said' nothing to worry about.I didn't belive him, found out, that the bolts came from the wheel bearing and we almost lost a wheel and got the exhaust leak diagnosed and fixed at dusty mechs right next door.Also he recommended an oil change an new filters, but couldn't figure out, what filters he'd need, as we would need two different ones.I did some research and found out, that the two 'things', he pointed at in our engine bay are no oil filters, but the fuel filter and fuel pump.We did not return for the oil change, but did it later by ourselves.

The blokes were great and helped replace a blown tyre first thing no problem to help us get on our way ASAP to our next location.
