We are very happy with the work that Lou did for us, we initially hired him for a small job but asked him to do a lot more as we were so impressed. We already have other jobs in the pipeline with him. He is a great communicator and was really flexible with us, excellent and speedy work and always left the site clean and tidy. Super friendly and genuine to have in your home, our dog loves him!

Contracted Lou to build a substantial extension to our home including demolition of the rear of the house and blending a large new room and deck into the roofline and style of our 100+ year old home.The result is everything we could have wished for and the experience" should give renewed faith in the building industry to anyone who has previously had problems with builders and tradies.Builds like this one don't come without their challenges and unforeseen "surprises"

Lou Goodwin Constructions
Lou was great to deal with from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble for him. He did a variety of building works to our house, including a pergola and garage and the installation of new windows and bi-fold doors. We could not recommend Lou highly enough and will definitely get him back to do further work for us in the future.

I had Lou build a deck and do a bathroom renovation for me, which far exceeded my high expectations. Highly recommend Lou for any building work. Very punctual, friendly and the quality of workmanship is up there with the best! Will definitely be using him for any future work!
