I was after a cleaner to perform a full builders clean for me. Normally a builder will organise for this but I decided to get the credit from the builder and engage my own cleaner as I am very particular with what I wanted clean. Window frame and glass had both paint and render all over them. I had UPVC windows from Germany which I needed to be sure that whoever cleaned them knew what they were doing. I also had tiles which had silicone and grout residue all over them which needed a good clean. I went about getting 5 quotes. All ranging between $1500 to $4500!! I finally settled on CFM Cleaners because Haseem (owner) took the time to come out and did a test clean to be sure he could do the job to the standard I wanted to and will not leave any damage especially to my windows and tiles. That impressed me as other cleaners either gave an excuse that the builder shouldn't have been this dirty or it was too risky to clean the window frames and did not want to take any responsibility for any potential damage. Some even wanted to charge an extra $2000 simply to clean the windows upstairs (on the outside). Haseem and got the job done. He spent a lot of time on the windows and floors and met my expectations and in some certain areas even exceeded it. I am very particular with what I wanted to achieve and Haseem was very patient and willing to clean to the level I required. He was very professional, on time and easy to communicate with. He knew his stuff about cleaning and the best way to go about it. Most importantly I was able to rely on him without any fuss. I am very happy to have given him a go especially when he had no online reviews. I went with my gut feel and it paid off! I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone including my builder as he does need a better cleaner! He certainly deserves the 5 star rating plus a bit more ...
