What a joke, am waiting for my Accredation form last 34 days still no update. when i went there to ask them and they said you just have to wait. For how long ? then i tried to call them been on phone from last 2 hours and 28 minutes still no hold. One more thing for staff, they are very rude and they expect us to be polite with them. am not free for everyday for this, i got stuff to do mate.

Worst people ever. what a wasteful department and waste of public monies on this driver accreditation team and department as whole. Their behaviour seems to be from some alien world and not someone from Australia and values and culture from Australia. They lack many skills and professionalism in their own job roles. No wonder why SA DOT&I is 50 years behind other states and that is because in part of wasteful people in driver accreditation department and the professional character of the department as a whole. Useless people and waste of public tax monies on them.

It is really disappointing that they aren’t accepting NCC soft copy. However, if they really wanted to provide a quality service to the people the officer would have easily take a hard copy from their printer instead of sending people home and come with 8 cents worth of A4 paper on another day. I believe they don’t understand the value and time of tax paying people who coming to their office for a service.

No enough staff, very long waiting time to serve and In between if need to use toilet there is no facilities which not good. Very disappointed. If i think that i can be served quickly, not possible.

I would give -5 star if I can. The worst and rude customer service I have shaw in my life. They don’t know how to serve the customer. The staff members are so unprofessional that any other call center or any hospitality people can do even better customer service. They just can’t listen our problem or what we are trying to say them but they just refuse to anything whether we have to come 4-5 times or wait for the same thing for hours. I didn’t expect this kind of service from any Government departments.

Absolutely worst service ever,my husband went to do his uber accreditation he 1 form which wasn't printed out so we can back today with the other form and they lost our other forms.... Mins you the lady told us to leave them. Absolutely shocking unfortunately this is the only branch in SA or I would look elsewhere

What a Joke. I called on 8.59 am so my cal was first in the queue because business starts at 9 am . At time of writing it 45 mins and no answer. What a waste of time. I know it’s government agency but has to be some standard.

I would rate negative if there is one. Have been waiting for one hour even there are approx 7 people waiting.Only 3 counters were open, and two staff members were sitting there and doing nothing. They have no ideas what they are doing and it is such a disgrace.
