Very Bad experience from this company.Our main mixer had broken down, some technicians came, disassembled it, hammered the life out of it, took some parts with them and said they are coming back.This was 4 months ago at the time I wrote this.I have pleaded to them to finish the job or even reassemble and bring back our parts but I only get no response or half a response with no follow up.Not the way to do business in hospitality guys, if you can’t be efficient with the broken down equipment you shouldn’t advertise ability to maintain or be listed an authorized technician.

When our toaster is broken we call this company to fix it. They always sent different technician and most of them seem not sure what to do. The technician event call other technician to give some guide. Why he event call himself a technician if he doesnt know what do to.. .
