Highly suggest everyone go to this centre for training course. They are professional , work with hearts, friendly, make all the effort help you the most,they have chinese white card course on Sunday and this is so effective, helpful as well.

The worst customer service to ever exist. They never followed up with phone calls or messages which was an extreme hassle to experience. The main lady I spoke with, named Lina, was very rude, sighing and raising her voice over the phone. She always told me that she was going to check my application when she go into the office but, she never showed any quality customer service. I beleive the company itself has helped me get what i wanted but i was just Lina who was an enormous pain in the head to deal with. Avoid Lina if you can for your benefit and convenience.

100% recommend this course.Great trainer, great training, very pleased with all service received.The instructor was very proficient in the course and giving increased knowledge.The material given a wide base of knowledge which provided a lot of interesting and useful information.

a complaint has been made against this company to the ACCC, ASIC, workcover, their RTOs they work with. I am of the understanding that they may be investigated by ACCC for their unlawful dealings once the complaint goes through. They have allegedly broken various Australian Consumer Laws and breached the franchise code of conduct. it looks like they will be in serious trouble if they get investigated.

Young lady who doesn’t speak English properly gets sassy when I point out that she misunderstood what I needed to do and why I was there.It gots even worse when she gave me a date and a day that were not matching, saying that she is sending me a message: “so you can understand better”.Once got that she was wrong after politely let her notice it, she stopped having eye contact with me for the rest of the conversation.It’s a shame since the boss looks so lovely.Don’t ruin your place with these kind of employees.

The traffic control course traniner and her boss are very rude and racist . If you continue cooperate with Trans-Plant Training in penrith campus then good luck to your bussiness . Have to say the receptionist for both side are good and friendly .
