Hi would like to say a special thank you to Miquala hope that us spelt correctly.Her service is exceptional.I am from Toowoomba and after not being able to source an item in sizing required from my 2 local stores.I phoned Ipswich store and was helped by this lovely young lady who delivered the item to one of my local stores for me.She is a credit to your business.Thank you again.Greatly appreciated .

The store is well kept and organised. It seems to be kept tidied with care and attention to detail.The staff are so polite and helpful. They are always ready to answer questions and are knowledgeable about the products they sell or are quick to find the answer. They offer help without getting the feeling of swarming vultures only looking to make a sale.I wouldn't recommend bringing wide shoping carts or prams in the store as the aisles are a little snug in that respect and clothes could be bumped or the pram/shopping cart could get stuck.I highly recommend this store if not for the well presented items, the respectful and helpful staff

Have always shopped at Best and Less and never with issue. Today I went to purchase an issue from a fifteen dollar or under rack. There were about five exact same items but all marked $18, I asked the lass on the floor who said, it’s fine it will reduce at register. Well it didn’t and when I explained where the item was, the register lass stated she had put the items there because she was busy and forgot to move them. I explained consumer law to which she told me again there were put there to be moved later. When I suggested that wasn’t acceptable she smuggly asked if I wanted to see the manager. There was a line of customers behind me and my grandson beside me who was embarrassed so I declined, but I am not happy. It seems like she thinks it’s acceptable practice to hang items in any rack which leads to misleading customers. Maybe some training is required.

Great place to shop for anything clothing for kids

Bisbee was a wonderful employee, i truely believe he deserves a raise as he so cute and good looking and i love it when he folds and scans my undies

Friendly staff good service and I mainly shop when Best & LEST have specials on.

Love going to this shop and always blow the budget.

Staff are very friendly, but sizing at Best & Less is no longer uniform, I've purchased multiple items of children's clothing that have all been different lengths and widths despite being the same size (for example a tank top or t-shirt in multiple colours). I've also bought leggings where one of the legs was 3 inches shorter in length. Also, colours fade very quickly, especially when compared to other low cost brands.

Some if the larger size clorhing is great other plus size clothing could be improved on. Staff are good.

Lots of nice clothes at very reasonable prices. Kind, helpful staff. Tidy clean store
