Barbagallo Land Rover
Called Land Rover today for a spare part for my Evoque gearbox, staff not very helpful as I have my own mechanical skills and was just enquiring for parts to repair my Range Rover. I was told my issue is a common fault with a leak on the gearbox seals, however the service rep declined to provide replacement part number.. which I'm sure is against the law as I have a right to be able to repair my vehicle and obtain this information from the manufacturer for a part I want to buy.

The way buying a car should be! Sara, Ryan, and Craig were fabulous from start to finish. They walked us through the process and looked out for our best interests being open and honest. It's a nightmare experience whenever I've had to deal with the service departments at both Osborne Park and Cannington. Unfulfilled promises and misinformation. The Service Manager is rude, condescending and arrogant and definitely not interested in resolving issues. When I asked how to lodge a complaint, he informed me to email it to him - like that's not a conflict of interest! I would NEVER recommend Barbagallo. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Agree totally with Lillian Primerano's review. Our vehicle electronics are going into a fault cycle. Has been in twice to be looked at and twice returned and within around 20km the same thing happens. Regardless of the issue, rude and arrogant is the only way to describe the staff we dealt with. Their advice was to turn the vehicle off, wait 10 minutes and try again. Great tip when you are about to embark on a trip across the Nullabor.
