Perfect Nails & Spa

Very unprofessional place, DO NOT GO!! I went for a pedicure, the staff does not understand English, does not follow the client's instructions, the staff is not trained to perform this type of service in a professional manner. They cut part of my skin on my feet. I came out with my foot bloody. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

Bad experience would not recommend this place. The lady I had rushed to get them done and put nail polish all over my toes. Definitely was not worth my $50.

When I read the reviews of this nail place, I understand why many think that the girls are rude, I honestly believe it is only because the language barrier and a matter of different culture.The girl who always do my nails is actually very good, she’s patient, know what she is doing, she is funny, friendly and appreciate an honesty compliment of her work. Her name is Tee.My SNS last for 3 weeks with no lifting and problem at all. And I wrote this after my 3rd time doing my nails with her.So I have to honestly say I do not know how the other girls work will be.

Unfortunately my usual nail professional I go to wasn’t able to see me due to an illness. However I felt like I still needed a manicure urgently - so I gave this place a go as it’s a walking distance to my place. After using their services I feel like I need a manicure even more!!!All these people giving this place 5stars - you should reevaluate your standards!! You obviously don’t know what real manicure and pedicure are…Not to mention they cut me! And the girl who cut me didn’t even think of sanitising the cut - I had to ask for an alcohol disinfectant. I just want this to be documented - because if I end up getting staph or some other infection - you will be hearing from me!

This is definitely my top ranking nail place on the gold coast! every time i pop in for a visit the staff are always so friendly and always manage to find time to squeeze me in. They always make sure my nails are amazing. Absolutely love them!!

I just had my nail done in this shop and I am very happy with my full set SNS . The staff serving me was very friendly and helpful. She gave me detailed advice what I should have my done and how to protect my real nails. The quality is good and it lasts longer than my expectations. It’s worth every penny and I definitely come back again. Highly recommend for you guys.

Rude, inexperienced. Gel removal - She was pushing down to hard with the electric file, I could feel the friction heat from the file. Asked her not to use the electric file, explained why. She got nasty and said she couldn’t continue as this is the only way to remove the gel polish. I know this isn’t true. It escalated quickly, she got nasty, telling me I was wasting her time. I just got up and left. I was shocked at the whole experience.My nails should be my choice!FYI: Friction burns cause the nail bed to become super-sensitive to even normal and acceptable levels of warming that normally wouldn’t be a concern. The client’s natural nails should be gently and carefully filed and not treated roughly while being filed.

Felt totally riped off. Paid $40 for a pedicure with no nail polish. Worst pedi I have ever had. Shocking service. As a 65 yr old woman I have had a few. May beit was just the attendant I had.

The Perfect nails & Spa service always pleasant with reasonable price, I always look forward to going back there. Today, I was served by one of the staff who was professional and patience. I had my personalised art nail design done. The result turned out stunning. I recommend Perfect nails & Spa without any hesitation.
