Mr Magic Carwash

Used the dog washing facilities. Decently set up if not a bit agitating for timid or skittish animals due to the placement of the wash bay next to the main road through town. Otherwise everything worked well and the process was quick and relatively stress free with three medium to large dogs completed in under ten minutes.

No where does it say anything about credit card surcharge. I'm pretty sure that's a ACCC requirement.

I would have just preferred to call and discuss my issue however I cannot find contact details.I went through the automatic car wash using the highest priced option. After the wash there was still dust, dirt and soap from the wash. I’m not sure if the machine is having issues but quality of the finish was poor. I normally go to the car wash in north st and while they are more expensive the quality is far superior.

It washes.my car the way I want it 2 nd if I want 2 go a section that I have already use I can go back w it if I wish asbi recommend this car wash q all my friends as the others cost 2 much nd don't clean ya car like urs does.

Doesn’t wash very well…. This is immediately after the wash and still dirt everywhere that wipes off with a finger. Had to come home and re wash the car. Total waste of money.

I went through automatic car wash and the beam has dinted my roof. No one was around nor was there a phone number to call to help me out.

Shocker driveway entry/exits. Have found both of our cars scrape. Been there 3 times and found machines not working, vacuum not working and useless car wash that left bugs and mud still on car. Won't be back

Does an excellent job at cleaning your car, there are 2 laser wash bays n 3 vacumn cleaners. You can use ur card or cash, they also have the scents to make ur car smell pretty n glass wash clothes etc. Reasonably priced n at a convenient place

A good service but the coins kepy dropping through the first space I drove into...VERY frustrating

I attended to wash my dog, and the tub of my ute.Pros-Has tap and pay payment, as well as cash.- has everything you need, inc steam cleaner and carpet vac- picnic tables for passengers to sit at- secure dog wash area- dog wash had a blower, which was greatCons- very little manoeuvrability when exiting the bays, if you have a large car- bays are smaller than others, but still enough room to get around my large 4wd ute- an unused bay had stuff left in it, making the place seem a bit run down- dogwash tub has the opening only about 40cm from the fence- this made it VERY hard to get my reluctant large Shepherd in the tub, then required her to jump down while twisting sideways to get out- dogwash didn't have a timer, so you didn't know how long you had to go. The suggested timeframes for the dogwash are also clearly meant for a small-medium short coated dog. My large long double coated Shepherd needed 2x12min cycles, and that was with only a spot shampoo where she was dirtiest and just a rinsing elsewhere.Overall, I'll definitely use it again.
