There has been some drama with booking, Booked an electrician to change my LED lights, they cancelled last minute three times. But the booking team addressed the issue in a timely manner. The electrician they sent was very helpful and professional as well.

The young man who installed it was lovely however the company made things extremely difficult as they kept cancelling the booking as they couldn't get enough bookings in our location. I couldn't keep trying to get time off work. If it it is that difficult to fill spots in a particular area don't advertise your services there.

We arranged to have our smoke alarms installed with this company in QLD. We wanted to update ours to the new regulations and we live in a bush fire area. They sent an electrician out to install them and make them compliant with current standards.Error 1. Electrician didn't arrive in the 5 hour time frame that he was meant to.Error 2. An hour after the electrician left, one of the smoke alarms started going offintermittently like it had a flat batteryError 3. The supposed hardwired smoke alarm that was going off, fell out of the roof when touched, to test it and see why it was going off. Clearly wasn't hardwired in AND it had bluetack trying to keep it to the ceiling because the screws weren't holding itin properly.Error 4. Rang up the company and they couldn't help us get the electrician back.Error 5. Found the electrician's contact details on the compliance certificate he provided us to let him know what happenedand he tried to tell us the plug must have fallen out! We were dished out lies and excuses and were told it would be a couple weeks before he could come back out to fix it. Then when a date was arranged Accredited Power rang to say he wasn't going to be in the area on that day and couldn't install it. Clearly they must have been in cahoots with each other.Error 6. How can you provide a compliancecertificate knowing it isn't complaint and you could clearly see we live bush fire area and have young children and are doing what we can to provide a safer environment for all of us.

Poor Service.I cannot say if their smoke alarms are good or bad. I have not had the experience yet. After taking $33 fee to book the installation with a 4 hour window. We had a no show on the day that I had to tell them about. They had know idea their electrician hand not turned up.They advised me they have a problem finding a new installer but will call me back ASAP to re-book. That was two weeks ago and I had to call them again to ask when and if they will install. They were still unable give a date or time.As this stage I can not recommend their service as it is terrible.

Ibrahim was a delight to talk to. He explained everything thoroughly worked effortlessly and made sure everything was done.

Ibrahim was awesome. Unfortunately didn't catch his colleagues name, but they were both quick, respectful, informative and tidy - everything you want from trades. Highly recommend

We had our old lights changed to new LEDs this morning. Contrary to the negative reviews I read about the company, we were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism the Electrician Ibrahim Dirani displayed. Not only was he polite, pleasant but also efficient. He followed every step he is required to do and also explained to us about this service to save energy for households. Best experience with Electrican Ibraham . So professional n efficient. Not only knowledgeable, plus he also is very kind n patient. Nothing is too much trouble for him . Highly recommend him in this company

Ibrahim was excellent! I organised to have my globes changed under the $33 Govt. scheme. Ibrahim was on time, friendly, careful and efficient as he worked. He let me know my outdoor sensor-activated flood lights were also covered, changed them and showed me how to adjust the sensors and the light duration timing - the sensor lights came with my house so I never knew they could be adjusted. I definitely got great service! Thank you
