Could not say anything but exceptional service provided by all the staff. Well knowledged on all the services that they have provided to me on all my visits to this salon. They advise on arrival if they require you to come back so you aren’t waiting unnecessarily. Would highly recommend this salon to all.

First time I try this shop but I am so happy . My eyebrow shape now is beautiful , gain me so much confidence.Definitely will come back next time

RUDE, MEAN, PATHETIC staff & don’t forget they are TAX THIEVES! I went to get my eyebrows waxed, this Asian woman was so rude. She kept rolling her eyes, told me that if I wanted to burn my eyes i should keep them open. Later she told me how bad my eyebrows already were & that I shouldn’t expect much.Finally when I was leaving the girl on the counter insisted that I pay by cash, I told her I don’t have it I’ll use my card. But she constantly pressed to use cash. I will never come to this place again, no wonder so many others have given such bad reviews.

This place is beyond joke.Do not do your eyelashes here. I repeat do not do your eyelashes. They literally ripped my eyes. First they took more than 1 and half hour. Then did the ugliest eyelashes I have ever done. My eyes are literally burning and lashes are stabbing me. It's very thin and looks weird. I even showed them the photos. They are so unprofessional and do not know how to do the lashes. I am embarrassed to keep it and very costly. When I said I am unhappy about the service they goes like come next day we will take it off like it's so normal.I feel like I am going to get very bad eye infections as it's super red, teary and burning me.Worst experience of my life.

Firstly I wish i could give this store a complete zero.Apparently my skin was sensitive hence it was easier to give it a burn by pulling the wax very hard.I have 2 places on my face where there are wax burns.No acknowledgment for it at all.I was told to put on aloe Vera to reduce the redness as they called it.I have been getting my face waxed for the past 4 years and never have I ever had a burn on my face.This women also then went onto ruin my eyes brows to the best of her ability.Also before this place says I dont use there services I have transferred money into your account. And also text you a receipt. When I called the number no answer and I messaged to let you know about my face and you have gone to block me so I have no way to contact you at all.I will be reporting you to higher authorities to probably come in and check that all the workers hold a beauty license there because today it was just this burn but you can cause a lot of damage to someone’s face.I do not use any medicated creams on my face that would cause this damage to my face.Sorry you are the worse place I have been to and i thank you for ruining my face.You all knew I was not happy at all you knew it but now acknowledgment at all.I also have photos of my face if anyone needed to see it.

Absolutely unprofessional, unhygenic. I have had over 10 piercings done in other salons & thought i would get one done here. Soon after my piercing, I rushed to GP doctor & was told it needed to be surgically removed bc the piercing was completely embedded under my skin & swollen. GP referred me to ER bc the peircing cannot stay a day longer. Nurses in ER also told me that the jewellery was the incorrect size (which is why im almost certain that the salon staff are not professional/licensed). ER nurses told me that there was bacteria inside & caused from the unprofessional PROCESS of the piercing. Such as wearing gloves then touching packages/surfaces & using those cross contaminated gloves to hold the jewellery & not disinfecting the skin correctly. I was prescribed medication that is closely related to one that i am allergic to. All this was emotionally and physically exhaisting for me. I went back to the salon to get a my 80$ refund (also spent 20$ on medication & travel costs from doctor to ER etc). Nothing was refunded. They put the blame on me that i didnt take care of my piercing" when infact i had gotten 10 piercings before at other salons which had never reacted. They prioritise themselves before customers' satisfaction. This salon does not care about your health or safety but only their profit $$. This salon also does nails etc. All girls would know that getting nails done sometimes involves bleeding. This unprofessionalism & ineducation could result in transfer of terminal diseases/illnesses between customers. Biggest mistake i made

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE attitude & service. I asked them for an eyebrow threading and lash lift. First off this woman did all my threading with a plucker instead of thread. Then she did my lash lift and left me in the room for really long time without checking in between. My eye was burning terribly, i was screaming in the room but noone came. In the end after all this only one lash ended up being lifted . When i asked she said your eye is droopy then she said your eye opened in the process, which is all a lie. She blankly declined to accept the fault and shamefully charged me for whole service without even trying to fix it. Even when other customers said its so apparent only one lash is lifter. DO NOT GO TO THESE UNSKILLED PEOPLE. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE ATTITUDE!

I went to get my eyelashes done from this place , they told me to transfer money to a phone number . I showed her a photo and told her I want thick eyelashes , she made my eyelashes really thin, after I told her when I seen them I wasn’t happy , she made me pay and than i went across the road to see if they could fix my eyelashes unfortunately they couldn’t touch someone else’s work . So I went back into the shop and told them I had been here since 11:40 it is now 1:30 and I’m unhappy I have communicated and told you what I wanted and showed you a photo . She told me that she will charge me more for adding on , when they are thin as and have told me that my eyelashes that had not been touched for months . We’re thin. They were not . The lady was swapping with other ladies while doing my eyelashes . There was one part where she went missing and I was saying hello is anyone there . This place is beyond a joke . Do not get your eyelashes done from this place they over charge and don’t fix and they don’t care . Unprofessional they are .

I’m extremely frustrated with the poor eyelash extension application. One lash has been stuck directly onto my lash line not only causing irritation and discomfort to my eye but also causing multiple of my real lashes to be ripped out. I will not be coming here again it’s unacceptable do better

I got my lip pierced and she didn't listen to me when I told her she was doing the piercing wrong mind you, she hasn't even lined it up properly so it's not straight and wrong size bar so it's not healing properly so I just wasted 70 dollars
