Lisa and the team at Raine and Horne manage a property I've got in Kallangur. I've found them to be great to deal with, and responsive to any questions. Unlike some property managers I've dealt with, they actually do what they promise. Reviews are done regularly, any recommended maintenance is pointed out, and they've been professional in selecting and working with the tenants. Would happily use them again for any future properties.

I have had them property manage my investment and appreciated their close communication and advice. So when I decided it was time to sell, it was an easy decision to have them sell my property. Annie was recommended to us through one of our friends in Brisbane. We knew the townhouse market is Kallangur is not doing well so we not expecting it to sell quickly. We were impressed with Annie she sold the unit within first few weeks being on the market. She took people on Sunday and public holidays and kept us updated throughout the whole process.
