Stuart was pleasant and efficient during the collection of our new vehicle. He introduced us to the service department, then spent time giving us a comprehensive initiation to the vehicles controls. All in all a painless experience, and certainly a staff member who is a credit to Keystar.

I would just like to say my experience with your company on Thursday 11/5/23 was the worst experience I have ever had. I dropped off my car to get my car's Ist service. Craig the customer service officer took my car. I got back to your service centre 3 hours later to find my car back. So I went to the counter Craig told me he had just got the paper work back. He would be with me soon. 15mins later he told me the tyre needed more work and would only take 20 mins.The car went off and then came back. I waited another 15mins then went and spoke to Craig he said again he was doing up my docket. 45 mins later I was like is going on . I walked up to the counter and Craig was not there. I spoke to a lovely lady called Karen she helped me out and gave me some discount as well. Now just as i was nearly leaving Craig comes back into the room sprouting about my eye camera and why it wasn't working. He had been upstairs talking to a sales rep the whole time. Honestly I was so angry by this time as I had been in your service department 6 hrs by this stage. If Karen had not of helped me i don't know what would've hapoened she saved my day. But your company has now lost two brand new cars for future servicesRegardsKaren hayes

Awesome handover by Gian and absolutely gorgeous car. Explained all we needed and so helpful. Haven’t driven her yet but loving the look of the Subaru Crosstrek already.
