Honestly, save yourself headaches and avoid this Company. Never have I encountered such poor customer service. Simple tasks like getting credentials for the Firewall they installed took over a week for them to provide us, no one in the support staff has access to this information apparently. Having them do something simple like a diversion of phones has taken sometimes over 24 hours - with other providers this is something that is done on the spot. I really do not know how they have remained in operation with such bad customer service.Addition to that, we had all sorts of issues with our phone system like calls randomly not going to where they were meant to go and other bizarre behaviour. They also supplied us with very archaic and insecure network hardware (could not even be accessed via any modern web browser because did not meet security requirements). Very happy to be done with their services.
