Unfortunately this company and sauna (flat pack option) was not an ideal choice for our studio. We deal with a couple of sauna brand/suppliers, happy with the partnership. We were adding a traditional sauna to the mix and wanted to support local, sadly it didn't work out so well. If you're a business, the custom built may provide a better experience (?) For the flat pack option, do your research.

I spent over a week ringing companies that sold sauna heaters. I was amazed at how many companies didn't return my calls......I then left Brendan from the Sauna Company a voice message, not only did he return my call but it was within the hour. His knowledge and expertise was outstanding and due to his willingness to spend some time explaining details and his honesty, a sale was made. He went above and beyond the call of duty. Delivering our product to our door and spending more of his valuable time going over requirements. AAA+++ service. I would highly recommend him and his company. Installed an awesome Sauna for our Toorak residence. And we also got spare parts from them for our Myrtleford house. The team are great and would recommend. Fantastic guys, we are very happy!

I started planning my sauna one year ago, and contacted a number of sauna suppliers. One of the replies stood out for its personal touch, and very customer friendly and accommodating touch.Needless to say, that was Brendan and I communicated with him on and off during the process of finalizing the design (went through a few iterations), but he was always very friendly and doing his best to accommodate my wishes. One of which was that I would build it my self from scratch. He has help me with numerous hints and tips on this during the journey.One year later I picked up my sauna supplies, and am currently really looking forward to assemble it myself.

Brendan was superb to deal with, great communication, great service, gave us a lot of time. The sauna looks great and works beautifully. All in all, a fantastic experience. We are very happy with our choice.
