Sugar HQ is amazing. I ordered custom fairy floss for my daughter’s birthday. Beyond the fact that all the kids loved it and parents were impressed, the level of customer service was amazing. Alysia was always very easy to contact. I actually had a shipping problem in which the product had been delivered but I didn’t receive it as we think someone took the box. Alysia immediately responded and remade the order for me was above and beyond. It saved the day. I highly recommend Sugar HQ for any party. It’s such a great touch.

I bought the gorgeous rainbow fairy floss cake for my daughter’s party. It looked amazing and she (and her friends) absolutely loved it. It was so easy to order with Sugar HQ and the presentation with the packaging was beautiful. I would highly recommend this business.

Dealing with Sugar HQ was an excellent experience from start to finish.Quick and easy ordering process and extra special care received for my unique order, a special treat for my niece’s communion. The fairy floss was absolutely delicious and loved by all. Great communication from Alysia, the business owner. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend! Bought some small personalised tubs as favours for my baby girl's 1st birthday, not too sweet, cute sticker design and a hit with the kids!! I couldn't help myself with the fairy floss cake too, it's adorable!

I am so grateful to Alysia for rushing my order especially I am located in WA and ensuring I receive my order before the day of my event. When the doorbell rang just one week later after I placed my order, I was so surprised and elated when I opened the well packaged box. There were mini balloons, the fairy floss cake in an air tight container and my mini tubs of fairy floss with a customised stickers on them. It was a lovely surprise and everyone commented how delicious the fairy floss cake was. I will definitely highly recommend Sugar Hq to everyone else. Thanks Alysia!

HIGHLY recommend!I ordered the rainbow fairy floss pop, and this was a hit at my daughters birthday for all kids even the adult kids ;)Her customer service is thoughtful & so helpful with efficient communication. Even the design we were after was seamless... last but not least THE TASTE! Thank goodness I ordered more than what was needed so we could enjoy them even after the party.

Such a fun cake for my daughters first birthday. Everyone was so amazed by the idea of a Fairy floss cake and everyone wanted to know where I got it (I hope you got a few orders come through from my friends)The actual fairy floss was delicious too!!!Definitely will purchase again.

Alysia and the team at Sugar HQ are an absolute pleasure to deal with, their happy to help and professional attitude leads to a flawless event in every way they are involved. I’ve ordered their multicoloured fairy floss cakes (amazing for kids with allergies) and a massive hit with the kids! Their fairy floss carts take it to a whole new level, with guests getting to choose from multiple colours and flavours.I can highly recommend Sugar HQ, best in the business!

We ordered a fairy floss cake. It was exactly as pictured and expected. The cake was a hit and was devoured by the kids as fast as I could cut it! Service was great, product was perfect!
