I tried to support local business but was cold shouldered and sent away to book my vaccine online only to discover they had over a dozen spots available 5 minutes after I was there. Not really trying to get local customers. Never again.

Absolutely awful service I have just called into collect a parcel I have shown my mask exemption to a staff member and was verbally attacked by another staff member telling me I should wear a mask and telling the lady serving me she had to wear a face shield.Rude obnoxious and shocking service!!Customer service at its worst

Our toddler tested positive for COVID and we realised we didn't have enough panadol etc to manage his fever. I spoke with Emily at Manly Vale Pharmacy at 430pm on a Friday to explain why we couldn't go in store and she immediately organised for a delivery to be sent up to us which arrived within 30 minutes, even though I could tell she had had a stressful day. I couldn't ask for better service from a local store of any kind - thanks team.

Had a covid-vax at this pharmacy this morning and it was nothing but professional and caring. Saturday morning appointment, spotlessly clean, private consult room, simple sticker system to monitor the observation period post jab and genuinely happy staff. Will be back for my pharmacy needs.

I'm very lucky to have this pharmacy as my local the prices are so much better than down in Manly the staff always offer you the generic brand which is much cheaper staff a super friendly and helpful in regards to all your needs is also parking at the back in the afternoons if there's no parking in the front

I have been using this Pharmacy for many years now and am so impressed by their ongoing professionalism, care, support and compassion. A fantastic team that I highly highly recommend! The eaaaaasy parking out the back is another great bonus.
