Although it does say warehouse it is not enough of a description to know that it is only a pick up. The original spot was only a short drive from here so it was assumed that it had just moved spots whereas the actual store is in bundal.

We went looking for a new couch. I've purchased from there before and was really happy with my choice. The staff were so helpful. Checking if help needed but not annoying while we sat on all the couches. Great shopping experience. Will definitely purchase from them again.

I had a great experience buying from this store twice i went back for furniture we found incredibly good value but more than anything the service provided by Arnaldo and Bradley was five star, both went out of their way to give me their 100% attention and info, very professional. Totally recommend.

Courteously I called ahead to let them know I was coming in to pick up a gaming chair - made the drive for 25 minutes down from Surfers Paradise, to which the consultant Josh, was completely incapable on the phone of letting me know that they don’t accept cash, and are eftpos only. Are Josh or Fantastic Furniture going to pay for my petrol that I have just wasted ? A customer that has spent $3000 at FF this year, is now going to another furniture store.

Very rubbish, I bought a bed, but didn't give the plank, told the customer service about this problem, they just said to wait until tomorrow, no responsible attitude at all.

Nice and easy. Ordered a mattress online for click & collect. Was ready the next day for pick up. I did phone and check it was in stock.
