Specifically with kettlebells, I'm impressed with his training technique as far as correct form goes. I had taken some private kettlebell lessons in the past with a very well qualified and expensive instructor, and not even realised how bad my form was! Through breaking down the movements in the first few sessions, TC showed me the right way to do things and now I've made so much more progress that I did in 6 months previously.Overall, I'm really happy with my choice to train with TC and I'm looking forward to more results to come.

I don't write many reviews but I cannot pass up this chance to impress on others how TC has change my life.I've been training with TC for over 6 years. I'm time poor (run my own business, have 2 young kids) and prone to complacency annually. Training with TC has accounted for all that and helped me to achieve my goals.His coaching has helped me overcome lower back, neck and shoulder injuries and developed effective and efficient training habits that assist me when I need to deliver at work. I have been pain free for over 2 years. All this in 30min sessions which have helped me manage my time.His methods are progressive, intuitive, customised to the individual, and evolve with the latest in research. There is a genuine interest in getting you healthy in the body and mind and making you stronger for life. The coaching he provides is an invaluable part of helping me stay ahead of the game and gives me a mental advantage.Personally, he is authentic, and over time, has become a friend as well as a coach. Despite this, he is always professional in helping you achieve long term goals. My focus is training to stay strong and healthy for work and family and not squeeze into skinny jeans :P And this begins with making a choice to train with TC.

TC has been my trainer for almost a decade now. When I first started training with TC I was a complete beginner. However after starting with him I began to learn the importance of correct technique, safe practices, and started to enjoy exercising which had always been a little bit of a chore previously. After achieving good results, and being at my fittest, life happened and I underwent major surgery last year which put me out of action for close to 6 months. TC stood by me the whole time, and tailored a training program for my recovery in a manner that was safe. I am very happy to say that I am slowly getting back my fitness, without any complications. I really enjoy training with TC because he is a great human being, really knows his stuff, can explain new techniques clearly, and is never judgemental. And he is a pretty humorous guy, which makes training all that more enjoyable. I would recommend TC to anyone right from beginner to advanced level who is looking to make a change in their lives or advance in their current training.

I started training with TC 12 months ago when I was at rock bottom. In that time I have transitioned from being overweight, overstressed and completely inflexible to being in the best condition in more than twenty years. This was capped off by getting through the RKC last weekend, a huge personal challenge. His style has been encouraging and patient yet remaining firm and demanding as required to meet such a goal. I never liked going to gym, but now I love it. I think kettle-bells are great tool for improving your endurance and strength. My balance, posture and core muscles are in the best state they have ever been and it's only after a few months in training! I never thought of doing chin ups or pull ups, but TC get me into that 'addiction' and now I'm thinking how many more I can do the next time ;) I enjoy classes and the atmosphere TC brings in, it's very encouraging, comradery and humorous, which makes tough training feel like fun. I have trained with TC for 7 years both in person and as an online client. With TC I have achieved every single goal we have set, and continue to work towards future goals. The pinnacle of my training with TC was getting my own certification as a trainer, however, I still continue to train with TC as he is the best coach i have ever worked with. I came to TC with poor experiences of commercial gyms and a broken body, mainly back pain and stiffness. By developing my strength and improving my movement and mobility this has become history. His knowledge of human anatomy and physiology is mind blowing and his ability to pinpoint exactly what is needed to achieve progress is outstanding - he is in a league of his own. Training with TC is wothout doubt the best investment I have made in myself, my only regret is not finding him sooner. As well as being an absolute leader in his profession, he is one hell of a good guy who's honesty and integrity will benefit anybody needing his help.

Going to TC at Get Results Personal Training is the best thing I have ever done. TC helped me to lose 10kg and 43cm off my body in just 12 weeks!! And it really wasn't hard to achieve these results. Not only do you exercise with TC but he gives you an easy to follow nutritional eating plan.Each training session is only 30 mins long and consists mainly of kettlebell exercises. Kettlebells are such a great tool to get you in shape and lose weight and there are so many different exercises to do with the kettlebels they never get boring or repetitive.The best part of training at Get Results PT is training with TC. He is so friendly, encouraging and motivational and he really made our training sessions so much fun. And he really knows what he's doing as long as you follow what he says you will achieve fantastic results.I would highly recommend TC and Get Results PT to anyone looking to lose weight, tone up or just improve your fitness.

I joined Get Results Personal Training last year. Within a very short timeframe I noticed that my strength improved. I have never in my life been able to do full pushups and now I can do a dozen! Kettle bell training is a good aerobic and weight training workout rolled in one. TC emphasises more on form and proper technique than sheer repetitions. TC is a diligent instructor who tailors workouts to each individual.
