Mondiaux Solar recently installed 14.875kW solar system (425W SunPower Maxeon 6 AC) in our newly built house. I had requested quotes from 3 other installers, and none compared to what Mondiaux Solar offered in terms of value and price. Garry is fantastic - extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was very efficient in his quick response to our solar requirements and quote and provided the best advice, answers to all my questions/concerns and explanation of the process. Best customer service I have experienced; very professional and prompt response from the initial sales prospect through to quotation then admin to get the solar credits to installation and post installation support. Special thanks to Jonathan (our project coordinator) for keeping us well informed throughout the whole process. The install team did a great job and were very experienced and careful. Sam is very proficient and performed high quality work and even installed an additional canopy at our request. I am really impressed by the entire process of Installation. Even the post-installation matters have been very satisfactory. The system is performing well to our expectations so far and saving our electricity charges. Thanks to the entire Mondiaux team for their superb service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED :)

Great experience in dealing with Mondiaux. Nathan was very friendly and efficient in his quick response to our solar requirements and quote, presenting several options and prices. Nathan provided a site visit and drone inspection of our roof to better assess panel location. The install team did a great job and were very experienced and careful of our new roof restoration. The electrician performed high quality work and even installed my additional Wattwatcher device free of extra charge. The system is performing to expectations so far and will save our electricity charges over time. Overall a very positive experience and I would not hesitate to recommend locally based Mondiaux for a high quality job.

EDIT: Everyone is lovely on the phone when your eventually called back. They were welcoming with my feedback which is if their going to list a number then they should probably answer it and ensure the lines are staffed. If 1 person isn't available to answer the call then it should ring a pool of numbers for available staff to pickup. Awaiting a quote regarding an EV charger, I will update the review once received and if progressed.Original: It would be great if they answered their phone. Trying to get in contact with this company is worse then taking blood from a stone.

I recently had a solar system (including battery) installed by Mondiaux. The whole experience, from initial consultation, development of detailed options, installation of the system, and post-installation matters (inspection and smart meter), has been very satisfactory, and the pricing was competitive. Excellent customer service and high-quality components plus installation. The initial visit was pleasant, and all my general and technical questions were answered professionally and with great details, exceeding my expectations. Their systems’ price-performance ratio is excellent and enables me to achieve break-even quicker when compared to other options. Customer service is also first-class – during post-installation inspection their lead engineer found a crack roof tile totally unrelated to the installation and replaced it for me! I will recommend Mondiaux Solar without hesitation to anyone who wants high-quality yet cost-effective solar solutions.

Mondiaux was quick to quote and provided the best advice, answers to my questions and explanation of the process. Clearly the best advice and options of all the 3 companies who I received quotes from. They were much quicker than I expected once I decided to go with them to complete the installation and I am very pleased with the work they did.
