accidentally knocked over a keyboard and the lady at the register claimed i stomped in it and wouldn't check the cameras so I had to buy a keyboard that wasn't damaged

Was at the store earlier today. Staff was really friendly, especially the red headed boy at the register. They really do have a bright helpful staff and good range of products.

Today was good. Had you asked me yesterday not so good. I was waiting for someone to ring me back which they didn't do. I eventually got onto Hannah who was very helpful and pleasant so I was able to go today and get the item. Hannah even remembered my name and where I came from. A very good representative for the business.

Air-conditioning was not working when I last visited or the travelator. After all that, they didn't even have the items in stock I was told they would. Went back several times to check but a lot of effort for little reward.

Went into the Albury store today to check if some cupboards that I've wanted for ages were in stock. I dealt with a young staff member named Lauchlan M who went above and beyond to find out if they had the stock I was after. Unfortunately the stock wasn't available, but Lauchlan M was happy to take my name, phone number as well as the details of the products I wanted. He was meant to be on his break yet he still kept on serving me. Thank you so much.
