$70 for a 4 minute consult. Used to be great, easy access to see a doc. Private and no longer do bulk billed. Not a good choice for Altona meadows residents anymore, go to Altona meadows family meadows clinic

Dr Lishan is completely unprofessional and just overall not a good doctor. When asked if I could get my file transferred to my normal doctor, I was told that I should’ve done that from the start instead going to him and wasting his time.. (his exact words) is that okay for a doctor to be saying to their patients?

Contacted clinic to make an appointment. Appointment scheduled and attended at the given time. All fine to this point, except for the lack of interpersonal skills of the receptionist on duty at THAT time.Went in to see Dr and was advised to see a skin doctor" at the same clinic. A dermatologist was not required a "skin doctor" would be able to confirm the diagnosis. All I had to do was ask at the desk for an appointment on my way out. Thanked Dr

I wish I could put a minus 3000 stars.This place had a couple of good GPs. But for some reason all good doctors left. And now there are bunch of incapable GPs. They treat people very bad. Receptionist staff are also bad. Misinforming the customers.I would encourage the health department to close this place.

Don't waste you time. Worst place I've ever been. The Dr's overtalk you and don't let you explain. That's if you understand what their saying. One star is too much.

Ladies at the front desk were super lovely and Dr F was great. She was very caring and informative. Not sure why all the bad reviews.

Very friendly and caring staff, can accept walk-in if it is an emergency. Ample parking space outside the clinic. Due to recent changes in policies, bulk billing is only offered to care plans, pension cards, healthcare cards, concession cards and children under 16. Prices are not economical as standard fee is $70.

Ok, listen up, those that know me, know I say it as it is. I do not know why they show they are open on Saturday, when they are notor do not pick up the phones. Overall, good receptionist at the desk, very friendly. Very dissapointed they do not update the opening hours in google. This place was my first to go place, and the Dr's who were there Dr. Prenadi, Dr Naidoo, Dr. Freeman, and Dr Leer were fantastic. I think it has gone down hill over the last few years, and certainly I think the covid hyp had a lot t do with this. Dezi George.

The staff at the clinic were so beautiful to me after seeing a Dr there I was that destrougt I nearly had an accident she was rude the whole time I was I'm tears she would not let me speak I left there and rangl lifeline god bless the ladies at the desk went out of there way to comfort me from the trauma I experienced will never return there again

Been here a couple of times throughout the years and the customer service has always been exceptional. Today I had a mix up with my appointment and called reception about it. They were extremely efficient in helping me resolve the issue. Although Dr. Ashkan was fully booked, he made time for a consultation. 10/10 would recommend :)
