I recently bought a BioLite FirePit from 4WD Zone. Unfortunately, when I received it, the battery was DOA. I reached out to Matt for assistance, and he provided exceptional customer service. Matt kept in contact with me during the process of getting the battery replaced by Sea-to-Summit. Even though they had estimated it would take a couple of weeks, I received the replacement in just 8 days. Overall, it was a great experience dealing with them.On a related note, I also own the Sea-to-Summit TR2 tent, which I have taken with me on trips all around the world. Next trip NZ.

Amazing! The guys are so friendly and really know their stuff. Ended up with exactly what I wanted and really considerate of my opinions and how I wanted it to look. Will 100% come back to these guys anytime I need anything and would recommend them to everyone. Already planning my next visit after they gave me some great recommendations on what to add to my ute next!
