The lady on the phone was excellent, listened to my request, provided me cost, said the product was on the shelf. The guy with the grey hair at the store was self important. refused to consider the part number i provided even though it was OEM. Asked me the details of the car, provided a part which I did not recognise, on providing the Vin Number he provided the part I asked for in the first place with the part number I requested stamped on the package. The guy needs to learn he is not as important as he thinks he is. Need to listed to others!

Went to buy an oil filter. Told the old guy the car model and year and the engine size and he handed me a wrong filter. I even had the car parked infront of him. When i looked, I said the one on the car looks a bit differant in reply he said no this is the right one. I took it home tryed it and it didnt fit. It was the wrong filter. Mr expert was wrong and wasted my time and money. Now i have all the oil out and no filter to put on.

Staff are always attentive. Shop around. Bursons are no longer a source for well priced auto parts as a consumer. Parts were cheaper through Autobarn by 30%
