Much better shopping experience than the flagship Auburn store which gets overcrowded. The layout is great and you shop without the overbearing crowds.

After a big 96 litre Fridge Freezer, Mycoolman came up as a good one to have.Saw a special on and rang Anaconda Marsden Park, got through without any hassle, asked if they had any in stock, they had two left that were still packed in a container, I asked if I could come through and pick up and with no hesitation they unloaded got it out ready for me.The two sales ladies, Bella and Mia, were so great in locking in the sale and organising the pickup, I was so thankful for their effort and professionalism.Thank you to the guy that helped me load it in the van.Now that's Customer Service.Thank you, ladies and gentlemen, at Anaconda Marsden Park.My new go-to place.

Literally surprised, how can these people have so many positive reviews. Their price match policy is a mess. Anaconda staff themselves don't know the policy and have a conflicting opinion to each other.Recent experience, went there for a gas bottle refill and they just filled it half. They weren't ready to accept it. After pushing a bit they finally agreed to check it.Have learnt either to take weighing scales along if getting gas refilled from there or else go to bcf or barbeque galores. Best of luck to everyone going there.

They had a big variety of stuff and some great discounts. I got what I went there to get for the price I expected. The shop is very cluttered and the aisles have jackets and other clothing protruding. This makes it very hard to move around the store, especially with little kids. Thank god i didn't have my pram with me, it would've been near impossible! I spent a good 15 minutes looking at different coolers, inspecting and comparing them, even picking one up, trying to find the barcode to check the price. There were no staff around to help me as I was struggling with this while I had my two kids with me. There was no one to answer any questions. I then struggled to carry my cooler from the back of the store, to the front of the store, fighting my way through the cluttered walk ways. Lucky I didn't want a bigger one. Not once did any staff members offer to help. This was not a bad experience, it was just difficult and in no way enjoyable. I'm not in a rush to go back.

I purchased snow gloves from this shop and it was worth purchasing. Variety of camping tools and stuff you can buy from here. Staff is very helpful. I highly recommend this store.
