T2 Tea - Penrith

T2 Penrith Westfield is the perfect store! Erin was so friendly & helpful this morning, very informative & nothing was a bother for her. Her level of customer service is, quite simply put, very natural and inviting. I can tell she has her dream job & she is the perfect fit for it! Just as T2 tea is warm & comforting, I found Erin to be just as - if not moreso - warm & inviting. She made my English Breakfast Tea just perfectly this morning, too! My whole T2 experience this morning was the perfect start to my day! Thank you, Erin! Very much appreciated! :)Furthermore, I always find T2 Penrith to be a very charming store, all those who work there excel in customer service & I hope their Head Office recognizes & rewards them all for it! I highly recommend this store to anyone.

Great variety of tea but dislike sugar in most an flavours become nauseating after while english breakfast an Christmas tea..is traditional superior blend ++green tea favourite . Plenty interesting incredible outstanding..tea tins an glasstea pots yum biscuits prefer they turned into tea cafe with Devonshire scones with dim lights an quiet atmosphere baby boomers love that maybe I should?? They have lots of tea sampling & take home sales.

The team at T2 in Penrith are super helpful. I’m new to drinking tea and tell the ladies what flavours I am wanting and they always recommend a great flavour.On to my 4th different tea my favourite so far has been Pumping Pomegranate.

I will admit that i don't purchase alot of T2 tea as it is quite expensive, however when i do buy it i am very pleased with the excellent quality of tea i am left with. Sampling free tea is always a highlight to shop there.

Lots of choice and not just tea. Great staff who know their products.

Customer service was below par, tried to get the attention of all 3 attendants but all seem ‘busy’, even though I was the only customer in the store. Eventually one of them served me. Then just to top off my T2 experience I was charged $1 for a fully recyclable paper bag. Thank the lord that I was only buying a present and I’m not a regular customer.

Scared the skin off the poor guy when I walked in an empty shop!!No tastings unfortunately due to COVID issues so you have to rely on their opinions and they are very helpful.They have everything you need to enjoy tea- lovely displays of all sorts of teapots, tea cup and saucer sets, spare parts, amazing range of tea nicknacks, utensils and every type of delicious tea you could imagine!! And expert advice. Come and visit - it’s worth a visit, or the poor guy will be lonely!!

A luxurious tea store with loose-leaf and tea-bags of teas from all over the world. They also have an excuisite collection of teapots and cups with each model looking better than the other. Items are slightly high-priced than in normal stores but they are definitely worth it.
