Budgewoi Charcoal Chicken
Have eaten from here a few times and never disappointed but today I ordered a grilled chicken burger and 2 scallops and unfortunately the scallops were a let down. Too soggy, 2 possible causes - not enough time in the fryer or that it was served in a quarter chicken bag instead of a paper bag or box. On the other hand the chicken burger was great! I will order again but I'll get something else for a side instead.

Great place to eat along with the view of the beach. Discovered a beautiful sitting with a lovely view of the Tuggerah lake just few minutes walking distance.I ordered chicken, chips and vegetables. The chicken and chips were hot, well seasoned and tasted amazing, one of the best I have ever eaten. The chicken was very moist and tasty. The vegetables were seasoned and cooked well.Pricing was good and they had a variety of different packs to suit individuals to families and groups.the staff were very nice and service time was good.I would recommend this place and would like to come back.

Experience was terrible from the start, should’ve known better, from how dirty the place is. Our order was completely wrong, ordered the chicken burger and only got chicken and lettuce with 4 ingredients missing, burger bun was soggy and chips were cold.Ordered two large chips and only got given 1 and then got attitude when I asked if both chips were in the bag.Will not be returning

Customer service was good. Greek salad was great but watery the next day. Chicken caesar salad was wilted and fair. I threw them both out the next day. Sorry guys, but if you want me to return...you need to serve fresh. Your business would do better then.

Love their charcoal cooked chicken. Simply beats Coles chooks by a mile. Highly recommend getting your food from here.

The most discusting seafood salad I've had in my life the chicken or sparrow was dry the only thing half edible was the chips .overall it was a waste of time and money never again .Lift your game it's not all about cash or is it ..I binned it

Delicious roast chicken, salads & the best chips. Great to feed family & guests when you don't feel like cooking. Quick service, best hot chips in Budgewoi IMO.
