I have been trying to get in contact with Rodd Richards Presents for days. The date on my tickets has already passed and I bought them more than 3 years ago, just before covid.There has been minimal communication about the event organisation and I have no access to phone numbers and email inquiries have not received replies. I have had absolutely no luck with Eventbrite either. The event has apparently been postponed but even finding that out was an effort and I can’t sell my ticket as it has the wrong date on it. Do better.EDIT: I have looked everywhere for your number and everywhere for Eventbrite’s number. No luck with any. This is for the Adelaide Basement Jaxx show that was scheduled for the 1st of April but I could not find any information about it anywhere. I’ve sent so many emails away, including to one email address that is misspelled on your website. I have contacted Consumer Affairs as well and have spoken to them on the phone. I have a case number. Tixel won’t sell the ticket until I’m reticketed with the correct date. I have wasted days on this and don’t want to waste more of my valuable time on selling the ticket.I demand a refund.

Rodd Richards is definitely keeping the dream alive and putting on better things in old Sydney town.Creating a great clubbing community vibe, partying in style that it feels incredibly decadent with a continual solid lineup of classic & new favourites reminding us all how good it is to be alive... well done Aladdin

Keeping the Sydney scene alive. And god damn do we need it after years of lockouts and then lockdowns. Thanks for the variety, for the venues, for the efforts. Rodd Richards Presents’ events always deliver.

These events have been my favourite events for over 10 years. Class acts, amazing venues and always a great crowd/vibe.

Best events in Sydney hands down! Not only do you get to see international acts play, but it’s great to see Australian talent supported. If it’s a Rodd Richards event- it’s a guarantee to find me front and centre on the dance floor, from beginning to end.

sells tickets to an event prior to releasing set times to have locals play for 6 hours and an international artist renowned for open to close sets to play for 2 hours. such a useless money grab

Horrible unprofessional company. Rescheduled the event I had tickets to several times over two years. When I requested a refund I was offered a credit note that I could use for tickets to ‘loads of upcoming events’. When I queried the fact that there were only two events coming up - different variations of the same event that I had tickets to - no response. Subsequently I requested a credit note anyway. No response.Buy a ticket through this crooked company and you better hope it goes off without a hitch, because if you need support they don’t have any.

Rodd Richards Presents is not only a 5-star event, and promotional, company they are also a pleasure to work for. Going above and beyond for their guests, artists, and staff is the absolute norm for this group. No matter the event, from club to corporate, the level of expertise and care that goes into their events is second to none.
