Amazing customer service.Fred went above and beyond for me.They are the most honest and helpful dealership.Fred communicated throughout the process and was honest which is rare when it comes to buying a new car.I cannot fault them.I love my new car.Highly recommend this dealership and MG.

Central coast MG proves that the good old fashioned, dodgy, trickster car salesman still live on.There are plenty of other MG dealerships out their, seriously, do yourself a favour and contact one of them, I wish with all my heart that I had.

I love my little yellow MG3 ExciteI dealt with Uly who was helpful nice and very knowledgeable on the features of the car.The sound system is amazing and driving an automatic is so easy!For the price it's a great wee car ☺️

Be careful financing through this dealership!I bought my MG from this dealership a year ago. I financed half of my loan in store and financed the remaining 10k through the dealership. I was charged $900 by the finance rep to process the application on my behalf.She flicked through the contract so quickly and I stupidly signed it without realising.So I was charged $400 for an application fee and then $900 as commission to their finance department for doing a extremely simple application on my behalf.When I called to complain I was told this is standard and that BMW etc charge $400 commission… not sure why MG would change a higher commission than BMW..

Bought a Blue MG3 2 months ago. Love my MG, runs well, so good on fuel, lovely to drive. The team at West Gosford were so good. Organised all the extras I wanted, organised the finance, amazingly helpful. Car turned up on time as promised. So grateful for the great customer service. Thank you so much!

Went to MG at Gosford to purchase a MG.Left a $100 deposit on my preferred vehicle.I changed my mind after 2 hours and chose another model MG (non turbo model)The salesman advised that was fine and would send me a new contract - which I have still not received.I was not advised that I would have confirmation on availability asap. It was not until I chased the salesman up 3 weeks later that I was told that particular model was not in stock.I advised on this same day that I had purchased a car elsewhere and would like my $100 deposit refunded as I was advised that it was in fact refundable.I was told that a business manager would contact me to organise this refund.This was on 17th February 2023. It is now 12th April 2023 and I have not heard from anyone.To say I am glad I did not purchase a vehicle from here is an understatement.

Picked up my new MG yesterday, when driving home I noticed scratch marks on the dash. I reported the issue to the team at MG and they made out as if this was me that damaged the dash. Unacceptable behaviour from a business that are dealing with people on a day to day basis with a high reputation, very very disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience. Left a bad taste in my mouth after what was seemingly at first a good experience with buying a new car from there. Hopefully this issue can be resolved but until then I’ll be leaving my rating and sharing my experience with MG.

Awesome customer service. Mitchell Jones had every piece of information plus more. Will definately be coming back to him when I make the choice of which car suites me best.

Legendary customer service! This is my first MG and I do not expect any good customer service from this brand. I thought, I will just get there, grab a key and drive my car away; however, Michael, impressively, looks after me so well to make sure that I will drive my car away with smile (even better than other car brands that I experienced). Regard to the price I pay, the car is over my expectations as well as the service from MG Gosford.

Very poor customer service and unprofessional. Didn’t cross check online booking system with the day. Didn’t stamp service book when sitting on the front seat for them and didn’t reset service light. Advised my teenage daughter she needed new brakes and Tyres immediately on a 40k car. Took car to a tyre and brake place and new tyres not needed and neither are new brakes required.
