Wildflowers & Reading Hours
I was really happy to visit the children's reading time here a few weeks ago. Plenty of careful thought and enthusiasm went into the session and my daughter and I both enjoyed ourselves. We had a couple of different craft/play activities and book reading and use of the space for a while afterwards for a fee which was fully redeemable against books and the cafe on the day (I got a flat white and a copy of room on the broom). Really recommend for parents as an activity with books that also supports a small business.

I could just sit in this book store all day. Such a gorgeous place with yummy treats and a fantastic range of books for all ages. The story times are also fantastic! Shannon is so great at drawing the children into the story and bonus creative crafts that complement the story each week.

My heart is so happy to know this place exists in the community! A magical place for children, and a lovely and aesthetic place for adults! Plus with treats from ‘I Heart Brownies’ - you can’t go wrong! The lovely person working there let me know that they have story time for kids Mon-Fri. How lovely!

Wow, what a great experience for little ones in Brisbane! I attended a story time session with my 16MO, and though we were the only ones to attend, Shannon was genuinely engaging and animated. She was able to spark and maintain my son's interest through her telling of the set story throughout the session (not easy for a toddler in such a beautiful space!). We even made a little tree as part of the craft component. Such great value for money - walked away with a great experience, awesome coffee, and the picture book, all for $25. Would highly recommend and will come again!
