I have been going to Zedz for many years and have found that their attention to detail is as good as it was when I first started getting my hair cut and coloured. The staff are very professional, friendly and the salon has a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Terrina Brown (the owner) is very approachable and does a great job with her staff.

I went from black hair to blonde, and everyone knows that's no easy feat. The girls explained I needed to do it gradually, which I did, and they kept the integrity of my hair. Thanks Girls.

Had a facial and massage booked in today with Alyssa. Amazing products were used and tailored to my skin type, they smelt and felt delicious. So good and would highly recommend !! Can’t wait to try the hair salon out next time I visit.

I recently had a black tie event and Mandy did an excellent makeup for me after I’d had my hair styled by Kirsty who also did an excellent style for me. Highly recommend. I’ve been a client there for 10 years! Team are really lovely people!

I had the most amazing experience here. I came in with a really bad colour that had been messed up by another salon. Not only was Zeds able to fit me into their already packed schedule (as i was flying out the next day), Annette spent 6 hours making sure that everything was done to perfection and was EXACTLY like I wanted. Annette and Lina provided exceptional customer service. Annette went above and beyond to fix my colour issues and make me look absolutely beautiful before I flew overseas. I was nervous about the whole bleach process and if it would damage my natural curls. Lina eased my anxiety by directing me to a balayage tutorial.. I have never had such an exceptional customer service from the number of salons I have visited. I will 100% be back, for colouring especially. Thank you Annette and Lina. You both have made me extremely happy.

I have been going to Zedz on and off for years. Today I have walked out of there so disappointed and ripped off. I went back to question the OTT charges and they refunded me for goods that I was not told I was paying for. $600 down the drain. No real change to my hair after this exorbitant amount of money spent. Plus the salon is now getting run down and shabby.Sorry girls, but I have to tell the truth.

From the first consultation my stylist Kerri was very professional and knowledgeable. She asked lots of questions to get to know what would be best for me. We discussed that it may take a few appointments to get the final result. At the end of my first appointment there was a slight issue with a small area of colour as we expected. The next Kerri contacted me as she wanted to have a look at the issue. So I returned and she fixed the issue at no extra charge. Loved the way all the girls work as a team. Very friendly atmosphere.
