The same old McDonald's as any other. The food was the same. The service pleasant but they couldn't deliver my order correctly.

Worst maccas I have ever been too. Keep thinking it will get better but it has only gotten worse. Ordered 2 chicken bacon deluxe meals tonight only to get home and notice I was given 2 angus bacon deluxe burgers. I got a classic angus that had brown lettuce no onion soft old tomato and the meat was only half cooked. Last visit got medium meals but given and charged for large drinks. They forget sauses. Give melted sundaes and the cheese is always only half on burgers and half stuck to the box . I have officially decided to never go to the maccas at tahmoor ever again. I'd much rather drive further to picton they have better food and service.

Terrible Service - Improvement Needed!To the Owner/Manager,I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the poor service at your store. I recently ordered a coffee through the drive-thru and was asked to move into the waiting bay. The wait wasn't long, but when I drove away, I discovered that the coffee was stone cold. To make matters worse, when I tried calling the store, the mailbox was full, preventing me from voicing my concerns directly.It's time for a change. McDonald's has had a monopoly with poor service for far too long. Your store needs to step up and provide better services. Neglecting the quality of your products and ignoring customer feedback is unacceptable.I hope this review grabs your attention and motivates you to improve and Take immediate action to rectify these issues and raise your service standards

First of they called out the wrong number and then got mad at us from taking someone else’s meal but we didn’t eat and they said it was our ,then there was no ice cream apparently like what did the ice cream machine break ,the customer service at the start was good but then my chip was green!!,there was tomato sauce on the wall ,maccas sign was chipped ,bathrooms were dirty and there bins don’t even close I know they can do better but today was not one of there good days I’ve been here multiple times and never had it been this bad before I might Aswell go to kfc to get real food bc there food is never broken maccas do betterSincerely,your fellow citizens

Beautiful new McDonalds with great seating and very clean, but the staff are so rude and not interested in serving people who need to order at the counter to get a seniors coffee.They stay out the back and won't serve because most use app or board or drivethru.They are too busy discussing personal life.

my friend and i went in today for Mcdonald’s breakfest and the lady taking the order in the drive thru was absolutely disgusting, her attitude was horrible - was rushing us and had such bad manners telling us “speak up” when across the globe could of heard my voice. My friend has a stutter and she showed no patience towards him at all. Do better. If youre not fit for customer service dont work in it.

This happens to many times at this Mac's. Order a family box with 6 burgers and 20 nuggets pay 49.00 to get home and fine no nuggets. What the hell. Tryed to ring but can't get through and goes to message but it's full.

Not 24/7 as they have no night manager. People are in there but apologise and say they're closed. Shop next door said they've been shut at night for a while, sometimes as early as 6:30.I had to put the burger together myself from the pieces in the box.Got a large thick shake but I'm guessing they hit the wrong button because the cup was large but the contents was not.Shake machine gets shut down every night about 9pm.Drive though can take over 10 minutes.They have an odd difficulty keeping chicken products in stock. Sometimes they let you buy it but then you have to haggle for substitutes when you get to the next windowImages are all of burgers as served, first open.

In my vocabulary, there is no such thing as a bad macdonalds. This is a very large outlet, with one of the biggest drive thrus I have seen, double laned , with two food pick-up windows so you never get stuck behind anyone. Great play area for the kids and very nice roomy ,clean bathrooms

Highly recommend you go at a very busy time, then the chances are you might receive hot, or at least warm burgers. They've always been stone cold whenever I've bought them.It's a little further but I will go to Picton next time.
