Dean and the team were great to deal with from day one. Customer service was friendly and efficient with setting an appointment. Dean was punctual and is a honest professional who saved me some money on some unnecessary changes/fixes to my ceiling lights and transformers. He was also very accommodating and patient with my toddler son who was keen to understand what was happening. Overall a great service and highly recommended

Very happy with the service provided today by Ben who is employed by Dean. I had a lamp heater installed and replacement exhaust fan installed in an upstairs bathroom. Great job by Ben! Dean was so responsive to my initial text messages asking questions/seeking his advice.Highly recommend - thanks Dean and Ben!

First visit not successful, but Dean was very happy to chat through and find resolution. Second visit scheduled. Matt the electrician turned up on time, was able to replace my broken bathroom fan, tidied up, and the bill was exactly as expected. Very happy to recommend.

It was a prompt, respectful and reasonably priced service. Dean organised everything professionally from start to finish and the work and service provided by Rob was exceptional. He answered and helped me with all the questions I had on the day. He also assisted me to put my automatic garage roller door opener as well. Overall I would highly recommend Approved electrix.
