We have had the best adoption experience here. We adopted a 4 month old dog and the support that Charles gave us was second to none. He was able to talk us through any concerns and even delivered our “puppy kit” himself!We can’t thank Pet Haven enough for giving our family the special pet we have been looking for.❤️

Picked up my first ever doggo this week, from pets haven in Bayswater. Honestly prior to, I was extremely nervous about adopting a little guy due to being a first time dog owner.Pets haven were so so supportive and took me through every step of the process prior to me meeting my little guy and what comes next.They made the experience so enjoyable and gave me just enough information for me to really feel I had a grasp on what I was really walking into. I couldn’t be more grateful for their assistance and I could not recommend them more to a first time dog owner.Thank you pets haven team, for all the help and my new best friend.

I enquired about adopting a dog via FB messenger. The team member took a lot of his time answering my questions and providing information. Clearly, a very dedicated team of vets & animal lovers work there. We organised a meet & and greet, and I adopted a 2 yr old dog. Pet Haven provided an adoption pack with a bed, bowl, lead, cat seatbelt attachment, and some toys. They could not have been more supportive. I highly recommend supporting them in their endeavour to save and re-home animals.

Pets Haven is a great Veterinary clinic and a Shelter located in Bayswater North. It has really professional and well experienced Vets and really friendly, well qualified staff. This is a perfect place to take your loving pet for any treatment and they will take care of them really well. I can highly recommend this clinic.

Super helpful. Great value for money and not as ‘grabby for cash’ as other local vets are. Caring staff and they do a lot of charity animal welfare work too, so you are supporting a good cause by taking your pets there. Our dogs Molly and Waggy are always well looked after.

Wonderfully friendly, helpful and compassionate staff. They are truly there to help animals and they do the most incredible work. The vet clinic is fantastic and very affordable, and the shelter/rescue work they do is heartwarming and so, so needed. Thank you Pets Haven for my best friend forever, Snoopy!!

Everyone here was so helpful. We adopted Jade (now Daisy) and we had some trouble getting out schedules sorted out but they were so patient and flexible with us. The adoption starter pack was also fantastic and helped us not feel overwhelmed by everything you have to buy when you add your first dog into a home. She is very happy and I'm so glad that gave a companion for my days.
