I would give them a 10 out of 10 . Service was great and I love seeing people who respect cars. Plus a happy and smiling face when I went to the counter. Best smiling face I have seen for along time at the counter. A job well done.

Was not pleased with my experience at all, if I could give 0 stars I would. Got my car inspected by them as I got defected and I got completely messed around in regards to getting additional permits for my vehicle. Was told that I could get said permits online but after I had applied for the permits through DoT, was told that I couldn't do that and had to go into the Department of Transport facility locally.Was also treated very poorly by the staff by the way I was spoken to, despite me being as respectful as possible.Definitely would not recommend and would suggest anyone considering them to go far away from this business.

Bringing several vehicles from South Australia requiring inspection for RWC before liscencing in WA. A stressful process, lots of toing and frowing, but Jason was very helpful and explained the process very well. Great customer service.

Had a misscomunication about what we had booked in for a NSW Rego check. Wasn't worried about price etc. knew we'd be paying a bit more than the standard NSW Rego check. Rather than going: oh sorry for the miscommunication, the bloke behind the desk treated firstly me and then my partner so rudely, started swearing at us, told us we were wrong, even though I said sorry but we don't need the car done, would you just refund us for the car and just do the trailer, we just told him to refund us the whole lot and we took our trailer elsewhere. If that's how he treats his customers, would hate to see how he treats his employees. Don't waste your time or money - just go to Shane Williams Auto Repairs where there is a stark contrast in customer service.
