Carrington Aged Care

Internet is very unreliable and also has very bad mobile phone reception.

I do a concert cum sing-along at Carrington twice a month, and have done for the last 5 years or more. I have friends living there, too. I have never had anything but positive feedback about the care and respect offered by the organisation to the residents, and the facilities provided are top notch. A nice restaurant, modern gym, indoor pool, bowling green... The list goes on, and it is all well maintained, too.

my husband has been her since Christmas - the staff are so patient and caring, and they anticipate his needs. My heart broke when I had to place him, but they love him and he is happy there - has a group of friends that are kind to him. Thank you to Carrington for looking after my Maori Hubby.

Very well laid out Care Centre with lots of facilities as expected with so much land out this far in the Camden area. A little hard to find the main reception which is deep in the centre of the acerage as it's buried in a sea of village development but rewarding once reached. New buildings mixed with grand old sandstone make these grounds aesthetically pleasing to the eye as well as wonderfull cafes and pools and mini bowling greens. Staff are pleasant and informative.For people that adore regional veiws.

My partner and I decided to hold a joint 80th birthday celebration for around eighty people. We hired the Carrington Recreational Centre Auditorium and had the main meal and service carried out by Carrington's 'Hotel Services' division. The meals were excellent and the staff won many accolades from our guests. The sound system and lighting, through to the aircon, lighting and fan units all provided great ambience, and an afternoon to remember. The fact that the grounds are so magnificent did not hurt, either. Some guests stayed at the Carrington Village Motel accommodation units, and that was just so convenient. Well done, and Thank You Carrington!

We stayed in a rental apartment for visitors. It was a very nice room. The service for the room was mixed. The first time it was good, but the second time we stayed the service was not great. The apartment was very nice though.

So lovely, amazing place. Staff is nice, it doesn't have that aged care stench, it's clean! It's a really nice place honestly

I went for an interview, I was told I would hear back no matter what. I rang the interviewer 2 weeks later. He claimed he had never heard of me. I said I had a confirmation email and the name tag from when I had the interview. He laughed and hung up. So much for needing staff desperately in aged care. Thanks to the competor for hiring me.
