The product was good, in stock, and arrived quickly. support team was really helpful, answered all our questions. There was a small issue with the next day delivery but support team resolved it and gave us a small refund for the inconvenience.

Never buy for this so called Store.Bought a TV Unit, the one that arrived (after 3 months) was nothing like the picture, the colour was totally different. I contacted them and told them to come and collect it as I did not want something I never ordered, he told me to keep it and offered a 250.00 refund, I paid over $1,000.00. I looked into trying to return the item to them in person, however their address was a storage company address. The whole set up rings alarm bells. Luckily my CC company gave me a refund. Totally dreadful online shopping experience at its worst, will be reluctant to shop for furniture online ever again.

Poor quality furniture attempting to copy higher end images. Draw fronts just pull off. Nothing is secured properly. Instructions unreadable.

Avoid this business! They delivered a damaged TV Entertainment unit to my house then tried to offer me a $200 refund only, when I paid $1,050.I wanted this item returned with a refund as they didn't have any more stock of the model I ordered. They completely started to ignore me until I mentioned the consumer law, to which they said they would pick the unit up for me. They never did.I escalated the issue with PayPal who will give me a full refund if I can return the item to this business. I am now out of pocket $500 in Delivery fees to try get my refund.This has been going on for almost 3 months. Not worth your time. Go elsewhere.

Bought a TV unit almost year ago. It took 4 months before firt email blaming covid delays. Tried to cancel the order and a refund was promised for December and haven't heard anything back.Really bad costumer service.No phone number, no physical retail shop or valid office address.

Worst experience ever !!!I bought a bed from them last June and they promised to deliver in 4 to 5 days but its been17 months no word from them. I tried to contact them numerous times but no response from them.They have changed their location and no ones answering the phone.My option now is getting in touch with ACCCC and complain about them.Highly not recommended as they ripping off people.

Got my new TV unit in great condition, fully assembled and as described on the site. Although, the seller communication is negligible. Got order confirmation immediately but never received any update on delivery. I tried to contact on phone whatsapp and email, but no reply. I panicked thinking I am being ripped off, but thankfully the order arrived after few days with no damage and in single piece. At the end, very happy with the product, the quality is good and looks luxurious.

The TV unit looks so much lighter than the photo. Also the drawers don't fit properly and looks a bit loose. However, I asked seller and they gave me partial refund.Customer service is good though.

Still waiting on a refund. TV unit purchased in November 2020. Finally arrived damaged in Feb 2021 .. No correspondence since then.
